Although there were a couple of things wrong but it was rectified with no issues1 : I did what they said to do with the machine when you first got it I did that and I noticed it had water on the counter and I thought I didn't not install the tank correctly upon inspection I noticed it had two cracks called customer service and they are sending a new tank out.2 : On day two I noticed that portafilter did not have a lock and unlock switch to keep the filter from falling in the garbage when you are disposing of the coffee ground so I called Customer service once again and they are replacing that as well.3 : I also noticed that steam and water comes out where the drip tray is located I'm not sure if that is normal. does anyone else has that happening but it ...
